What do you think of these?

This is a window display, it is supposed to be semi permanent.  I could use a little feedback, since it is rather expensive.

Below is a cabinet which I've been thinking about for .... hmmm, about 5 years.  It has a touch screen build in (or without if you prefer) and would either look like the unit below or the one at the bottom (so you can put your Bespoke cabinet under it)

The cost would be some £1500, so it is not cheap, but would be fantastic quality and a great selling point for Bespoke.

This is still at the concept stage.  I'd really like some feedback on what you all think.  Good or bad!

Like the window displays, but can they be thinner. Their a bit 'chunky' looking.
I like the concept of the cabinet, but it's starts to look like a black obelisque. Maybe open the back side so you could place it in the window with access from both sides? This would make it a bit more open and bright. Possible open the sides up too? FWIW.

Thanks for the comment. I'm going to make a sample of the Window displays, they could be great (or too chunky)

The cabinet will be double sided but I like the idea to open up the sides. Let me work on it!

Love the concept, The touch screnn is a nice touch and very interactive. FWIW Oakley created a cabinted that was modular to some degree in that you could remove the backing or mirrored sides to allow you to put it in a window or up against a wall. I don't think its too chunky I actaully think it has a nice presence. Will it be lockable or will we have a choice to get it that way?

yes, it will be lockable... and double sided, so it can go in the window. Had the first costing last week (v expensive... still thinking about it!)

I really like the window display, which i imagine is the cheaper. I find that in quite a lot of stores that sell TD the key selling point for TDTD i.e. bespoke is not clear. It appears on the rack along with a lot of other brands. This fixes that if you can get people to display it. I am less a fan of the cabinets, ubt they wd have their place in the bigger stores

Hi Tom,
I can't believe your requesting comment... design by an open, expansive committee of unknowns who generally do not have a clue about good/bad design.

I suppose it's deemed as market research?

Man, YOUR! design instinct is all the guidance you need. If your asking the question in this manner I wonder if you are deflecting what said instinct is already telling you?

Something about the proportions? Finishes?

If the electronic / AV wizardry is bundled - 1500 quidlets seems reasonable. Still quite a commitment if your trundling these out in numbers.

After five years of consideration I really hope you launch a vehicle worthy of your product range.

Kind regards Phil Dore
