I'm still at the workshop and I am really a very happy designer.  This is a snap of 7 layer horn.  That’s right... 7 layers.

We purchased a new machine last night which, when used in the right way, helps us to break the 5 layer horn barrier! There is even talk of 9 layers..... but that just sounds like a waste of horn to me!

Anyway, this image is hot off the press, I just had to show it off!

This frame might be only 5 layers but this photo really doesn’t do any justice to the beauty of the frame.  We love making these frames and then we have to give them away..... doesn’t seem right!  Anyone would think it was a business!

Why on earth should I be so excited about new packaging for my frames?  In fact, I was soooo happy with my new Couture box, that I especially took a photo of myself with the first COUTURE frame to leave the factory. The box is actually the prototype but I wanted to send one out while I am here!  They will start rolling out in a few weeks.

Below you can see me holding the package.  The ribbon might look fancy, but it actually serves to get it out the reinforced box.... putting a pretty bow (in black) was an after thought.

and here it is in all its glory......

How many photos can one put on ones blog about a mere case?

.....well, just one more.  Yes, Rahel Pfister has the first ever COUTURE frame from Tom Davies.
